I have a Crystal report which lists patient names and account numbers. Sometimes, there are "notes" entered in the "note field" of our patient database.

I have written a formula field that shows the note "only if the operator is Mary Pat".  If not, then it is "blank".

This is working okay EXCEPT if there were NO notes ever entered on the patient, that patient is completely skipped.

I would like ALL patient to show up in the report (whether or not there is a note), but still show only Mary Pat's notes.

Any help is appreciated!  (see image below for formula)

We are implementing SAP CLM 10 SP03 with the new DOCX generation service.

We sucessfully generate contracts from templates.

Variables are successfully fulfilled by the system.

But when we check in a new document version Agreement data are not updated when variables values were updated with new correct values. (we perform the test in "Draft" phase).

What are the prerequisites for this to work?

I am trying to find a way to define an internal table with a dynamic type to allow me to pass this table to a generated FM.

In fact, I am working on BW and using SOAP datasource. I built an ABAP report allowing the end user to load the delta queue from a flat file (so using an ABAP interface).

The situation is the following: SAP Generates itself the FM on each and every environment and generate a structure with a different name each time.

I am using this structure to create my internal table selecting the name of this structure from ROOSOURCE table.

As a consequence, the type of my internal table (actually Field Symbols) is dynamic.

I am able to get my data into this table but when I want to call the generated function module I can't because I do not have a table with the same type defined in the Function module.

How can I solve my problem???

my Indian client follows year dependent fiscal year. For Fiscal year 2011, the period are started from April 2011 and ends with March 2012.....

While implementation( Go live was on 01.04.2010 ) ,   28 days were assigned for February.    But, for fiscal year 2011, February has 29 days.  

Now i need to change the days as 29 for 11th period - February 2012.  HOW TO CHANGE THE DATES AS 29 FOR FEBRUARY.

Is it standard Behaviour of sap GATP.Please suggest

My issue limit is 00:00:00 and receipt limit is 12:00:00 buckets per day is equal to 1

Hi,

EXPVZ & IEVER field is blank in Foreign trade/Customs Tab, for return invoice.

It is a domestic sale scenario, and in VFX3 -Invoices is not released for Accounting, due to the incomplete fields.

In this case how do I default data to EXPVZ & IEVER fields within invoice, so that the accounting document gets cleared?

I've been searching for answers for quite some time now but without success .

I am trying to find a way to connect a Universe to the CMS Database. I know, there are ways to query the CMS DB (Query Builder, SDK, ...) but I want to connect to it directly (through RESTful API maybe??).

A workaround would be to extract the CMS data through SDK and store it in a different database, but it still isn't an optimal solution.

Any suggestions ?

We are trying to map 3^rd party payroll business scenario to SAP and I’m looking for some inputs from SAP FI experts.

We are not using SAP-HR/PAYROLL.so 3^rd party processing our payroll and sends payment information to Bank. Bank process all payments and sends EBS to us for reconciliation.

3^rd party sends positive Pay file to us with check number, amount and date and payroll file for GL upload.

Payroll GL upload is very high level and because of this, we can’t process EBS for checks.

To map above scenario in SAP, this is what I’m thinking.

Step#1 : Create Payment document- FB50

Debit: Manual payroll account

Credit: Payroll check clearing account

Step#2: Assign Payment document to check -FCH5

Step#3: EBS processing

Debit: Payroll check clearing account

Credit: Main Bank Cash account

Is this correct process? Or there is any better process to handle?

I disable the"Generation of Delivery Items for Packaging Materials " in  delivery type.: LF

But when I processing PACKAGE in Delivery. the packing material still appears as a delivery item.

why doesn't  the switch in LF delivery type take effect? 

are there any other factors should be consider?

I was wondering if someone could help with a question I have regarding "remnants" of material. We produce large rolls of paper in several different colors, red, green, blue, etc. We probably have 50 colors in total. These large rolls are then sliced into smaller width rolls depending on the finished products they will ultimately be turned into.

We maintain a material number for each color master roll. For example MR1000 is a master roll, red in color, that is 1000mm wide. We also maintain a material number for each small roll based on the width it is cut to. For example, SR100 is a small roll, red in color, and is 100mm wide. The BOM for each small roll is attached to a master roll. Usage is based on how many small rolls can be cut from the large roll. For example SR100 would have a usage of 0.1.

Quantities for both the master rolls and maintained in feet based on the length of the roll if it were unrolled. In subsequent operations, these small rolls will be cut length-wise and material will need to be issued on that basis.

Our problem is this, when we cut a single small roll from the master roll, it still shows in SAP as a master roll, even though it is has lost some of its original width. It is not shorter in length, only width. Is there a way to track both dimensions (length and width) so that it does not appear we have master rolls on hand when really they are only remnants?

I am doing a work out on Union operator. When using Union in calculation view by default it will work as union with constant values. but same is not possible in Scripted view.

is it possible to change the content of a variable in dependence of the content of another variable?

Example:

Var1 = Continent

Var2 = Country

When the user open the query I determine all countries with help of customer exit variable (I_STEP = 1) for the variable Var2 (=> default values). If the continent is not choosen the user can choose any desired countries. But when the user choose a continent (Var1) I have to restrict the countries (default values) belonging to the choosen continent. If the continent is choosen (Var1) the user can only choose countries belonging to the choosen continent.

Is this requirement feasible to implement with BEx and Customer Exits?

In our system we have set the amount limits for dunning procedure at $60.

But we are observing credits going thru' dunning process. We see this behavior for Security deposit refunds (doc type IN) & transferred credits (doc type XF).

I have few questions and creating few challenges in mapping the fields.

1. How do you load the product hierachies in this system? SKU is level 4 for us but we want all the levels before SKU to be in Hybris Marketing as we want to run campaigns for them.

2. Same question about customer hierarchies. How do we differentiate the groups?

3. What is the functionality of corporate accounts? The scenario that we need to configure is - there is a store with multiple contact person. Will the store be created as as corporate account and all the CPs will be created as Customer/Consumer. How do you link them?
